Engr. REYNALDO A. DE LEON is the proprietor and the principal appraiser of R.A. DELEON APPRAISAL & REALTY SERVICES (RADARs). He is the pioneer in the appraisal industry in Cagayan Valley (Region 2).
RADARs is into professional realty services serving private/individual property owners, corporate, governmental, commercial and other institutional clients. It is manned by highly professional and experienced valuation engineers and property appraisers.
Engr. Reynaldo A. de Leon, is a retired LANDBANK property appraiser having been assigned in various LBP branches in the region. He has established linkages with various government agencies while working with the Bank under the Land Valuation Office (LVO) for several years. The LVO is mandated by law to undertake valuation, processing and claim payments of landowners whose lands were covered by Comprehensive Agrarian Reform Program (CARP). His more than 16 years of experience with the Bank has resulted in his familiarity with the valuation aspect of lands entire the Cagayan Valley and the Cordilleras and the development of systematic procedures and an extensive database both of which are vital in developing a sound and credible opinion of value.
Engr. De Leon is also a member of the Board of Directors of Emprisa Inno Solutions, Inc., a Metro Manila based business solutions provider specialized in the field of credit reporting, market intelligence, investigation, documents processing and property services. He is a member of the Philippine Association of Realty Appraisers (PARA), an association of Certified Property Valuers in the Philippines and is the past President (2006) of PAREB-Santiago Realtors Board, Inc.
Service engagement with various companies and individual clients is performed by Mr. De Leon, himself. In all appraisal jobs and related transactions undertaken by the company, the professional competency is maintained and the highest ethical standard is adhered to.
RADARs provides a full range of property services, covering the following aspects: FIXED ASSETS APPRAISAL, REAL ESTATE BROKERAGE, AUXILIARY VALUATION SERVICES
It provides valuation services for corporate and individual requirements for the purposes of financing, sales, mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, accounting, insurance, and other purposes. Likewise, the company provides credit and background information gathering as required by financing institutions and other companies. The principal appraiser of RADARs has lectured in various seminars in government offices, rural banks, cooperatives and other financial institutions on appraisal theory and practice.
